The Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, it seriously works! Ever since I have been using this at night I have found I fall asleep more quickly and I sleep that much more deeply! It contains Lavender, Vetivert and Wild Camomile. I use it in conjunction with the Breathe in 'Inspiration' roll on balm, which you use on your pulse points and temples- it contains Frankincense and Eucalyptus, wonderful before bedtime.
